Who can apply

  • Local communities and NGOs in Chernihiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa regions

Who cannot apply

  • Applications outside the list of target communities (section 2.5 of the APS)

What the funds are for

  • Public consultations and joint identification of recovery needs
  • Small improvements to public spaces and services
  • Mobilising volunteers and developing civic engagement

  • Annex B - grant budget template
  • Annex C - self-assessment form
  • Annex D - risk matrix
  • Preliminary online form with basic organisation information
