Grants for NGOs and communities in frontline and war-affected regions for inclusive initiatives that strengthen social cohesion involving IDPs, veterans, people with disabilities, older people, and youth.
Who can apply
- Local communities and NGOs in Chernihiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa regions
Who cannot apply
- Applications outside the list of target communities (section 2.5 of the APS)
What the funds are for
- Public consultations and joint identification of recovery needs
- Small improvements to public spaces and services
- Mobilising volunteers and developing civic engagement
