These Terms explain what the Portal is for, what to keep in mind when using grant data, and how we provide paid services. Please read them before using the site.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GrantHub web portal (the "Portal"). The Portal is an open informational resource that aggregates grant calls, donor data and training resources for the civil-society sector.
By using the Portal, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Portal.
2. Purpose of the Portal
The Portal is purely informational in nature. We help you find and navigate open grant opportunities, but we are not a donor, grant-maker or intermediary in the distribution of funds, and we do not make funding decisions.
3. Data disclaimer
We make efforts to keep grant information accurate and up to date, but call conditions, deadlines, requirements and selection criteria are determined solely by the donor and may change without our knowledge.
Therefore, before submitting an application always verify the current conditions on the donor's official website. The Portal provides data "as is", without any warranty of completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Donor decisions
We do not influence donors' decisions and do not guarantee that you will receive a grant or any other result from using the Portal or our services. Responsibility for assessing whether a call fits your needs and for preparing and submitting an application remains with you.
5. Paid services
Separately from the free catalogue, we may provide paid services - including grant matching for your organisation, consultations and support in writing an application. The terms, scope and cost of a specific service are agreed individually before work begins.
Our services are advisory and supportive in nature. We perform our work diligently, but given the provision on donor decisions, we do not guarantee a positive outcome of a call.
6. Intellectual property
The Portal's design, texts, digests, curated materials and other objects we create are protected by copyright. You may freely use grant information for your own non-commercial purposes; systematic copying, bulk downloading or commercial reuse of materials without our consent is not permitted. Rights to donors' materials belong to the respective rights holders.
7. User rights and obligations
By using the Portal, you agree to:
- provide accurate information in forms and when ordering services;
- not use the Portal for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
- not interfere with the Portal's operation, attempt unauthorised access, or overload the system with automated requests;
- respect the intellectual-property rights of the Portal and third parties.
8. Links to third-party resources
The Portal contains links to donor websites and other external resources. We do not control their content, privacy policies or terms and are not responsible for them. Following such links and interacting with those resources is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits or other consequences related to the use of the Portal, the granting or non-granting of a grant, or the inaccuracy or obsolescence of information obtained from the Portal.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Portal's operation or legislation. The current version is always available on this page, and the date in the "Updated" field indicates the latest revision. By continuing to use the Portal after an update, you accept the amended Terms.
11. Governing law and contacts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. For any questions about the Portal's operation and these Terms, contact us via the contact form.
