About the call

The programme runs within the ZMINA: Rebuilding project, which supports Ukrainian artists and cultural operators forced to leave Ukraine because of the full-scale war. The total call budget is EUR 950,000, with 19-25 projects expected to be supported. A grant of up to EUR 50,000 covers up to 90% of the budget, and applicants provide at least 10% co-financing from their own funds. A project must involve at least two partner organisations from two countries, one of which is Ukraine. Applications are submitted in English via the IZOLYATSIA online platform.
