Erasmus+ KA152 - Youth Exchanges (2nd round 2026)

Summary

Support for youth exchanges: groups of young people from different countries carry out non-formal educational activities. The coordinator must be from an EU programme country, but Ukrainian NGOs and informal youth groups may join as partners. Funding is activity-based (travel, individual and organisational support, inclusion).

Documents required

• OID registration of the organisation on the Erasmus+ portal
• Mandate letters from partner organisations
• Youth exchange programme and activity schedule
• Project budget by Erasmus+ categories
• Confirmation of the organisation's legal status

How to apply

1. 1Obtain an OID through the Erasmus+ registration portal
2. 2Find a coordinator from an EU programme country or join as a partner
3. 3Jointly prepare the KA152-YOU application
4. 4Submit via the coordinator's national agency by 01.10.2026 (12:00 Brussels time)
