Artistic Debuts (LOT 3, 'Cultural Horizons' programme)

Summary

The call supports graduates of arts education institutions in establishing themselves as artists and cultural professionals, developing their creative potential, and cooperating with cultural institutions. Part of the Cultural Horizons programme (UCF in partnership with Cultural Vistas gGmbH, co-financed by the EU under Creative Europe).

Documents required

• Project application in the UCF online system
• Project budget (cost estimate)
• Copies of the applicant's registration/founding documents (legal entity or sole proprietor registered in Ukraine for at least 1 year)
• Evidence of relevant experience in the cultural sector
• Qualified electronic signature (QES)

How to apply

2. 2Register in the applicant's online system at ucf.in.ua
3. 3Select the 'Cultural Horizons' programme and the 'Artistic Debuts' lot
4. 4Complete the application, attach documents, sign with a QES, and submit by 18:00 on 05.10.2026
