1. 1Register in EU Login and obtain a PIC
2. 2Open the topic on the Funding & Tenders Portal
3. 3Join a consortium (minimum 3 countries, at least 1 from the EU)
4. 4Complete Part A/Part B
5. 5Submit via the Submission System by the deadline
