House of Europe is a programme funded by the European Union, created to support professional and creative exchange between Ukrainians and their peers in EU countries.
The programme is run by a consortium led by the Goethe-Institut in Ukraine. House of Europe offers grants, fellowships, educational opportunities and exchanges for people working in culture and the creative industries, education, medicine, social services and youth work.
