About the call
The European Endowment for Democracy works as a rapid-support mechanism that fills gaps where other donor instruments are unavailable. It can fund individual activists and unregistered groups, covering operating costs - salaries, office and communications. Organisations, movements, youth leaders and activists from European Neighbourhood Policy countries may apply. Official registration is not required. Applications are submitted through a secure portal together with a budget and at least three reference contacts.
