The 'Ukraine: Relief, Resilience, Recovery' programme supports citizens, civil society activists and independent media affected by the war. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
About the call
The GMF programme helps keep organisations running, preserve human, organisational and technical capacity, and strengthen the resilience of Ukrainian society. It supports social, legal and psychological services, help for staff and volunteers, urgent relocation and temporary housing, digital support (equipment, data-protection systems), office rent and communications. Civil society organisations and independent media registered in Ukraine are eligible. Applications are sent on a rolling basis to Ukraine3R@gmfus.org.
Who can apply
- Civil society organisations legally registered in Ukraine
- Independent media based, relocated within, or working from Ukraine
- Engaging local partners is allowed
What the funds are for
- Social, legal and psychological services and support for staff and volunteers
- Urgent relocation, transport and temporary housing
- Digital support, office rent and communications
