Who can apply

  • Independent national, regional, local, and relocated media (Lot 1) - at least 2 years of experience
  • Civil society and other non-governmental organisations (Lot 2) - at least 4 years of experience
  • Registered in Ukraine, with an active website and social media presence

Who cannot apply

  • Individuals
  • Lot 1 subgrantees may not be part of the Lot 2 subgrantee's partner network

What the funds are for

  • Creating and disseminating multimedia content about the temporarily occupied territories
  • Implementing organisations' own media projects
  • Engaging independent media partners on a contractual basis

  • Annex B - project budget
  • Annex C - applicant self-assessment form
  • Annex D - risk matrix
  • Extract from the Unified State Register
  • Certificate of non-profit status
  • Organisation's charter
  • Organisational structure and key personnel resumes
  • Financial statements for the last 3 years
