Who can apply
- Independent national, regional, local, and relocated media (Lot 1) - at least 2 years of experience
- Civil society and other non-governmental organisations (Lot 2) - at least 4 years of experience
- Registered in Ukraine, with an active website and social media presence
Who cannot apply
- Individuals
- Lot 1 subgrantees may not be part of the Lot 2 subgrantee's partner network
What the funds are for
- Creating and disseminating multimedia content about the temporarily occupied territories
- Implementing organisations' own media projects
- Engaging independent media partners on a contractual basis
